So I called to ask if they could install my 4x4 actuator on my ram 1500. I had the part as well. I also asked if I could watch cuz I like to learn and if it happens again I would like to do it myself if possible. I obviously didnt have the proper tools for this job. They were really great that they let me watch and actually shadow the guy doing the work. He also gave me tips and guidance the whole way through. Charged me a fair price to do the job. I would recommend them.

What an AMAZING group of technicians! I read the reviews prior to making an appointment, and brought my car in to have the alternator replaced on my Toyota Rav4. The dealership gave me an insane estimate so I opted to purchase the parts and have LTC install and just pay for the labor (at a fair and affordable price quote). I spoke with Sonny a couple times prior to bringing my car in and he was super kind and professional. He answered all my questions and invited me to bring in the car to service. Lo and behold, they tested my alternator and advised me it was perfectly fine. I was blown away! Not only did they refuse to take my money (when they easily could) but they got me in and out within a half hour. The entire staff is top tier. In this world of shady mechanics who price gouge and inflate parts/labor costs, you gave me service with INTEGRITY. 🎯👏🏾💯 When the time comes when I actually need a repair...no doubt I will be coming to LTC Automotive.

These guys have worked on my Mazda 3, and it’s been running like a champ for the last two years, no problems. They also did a diagnostics on my Chevy Silverado for coolant leak and a/c not working, and there feedback has been great! Highly recommend these guys!

Just want to say they have always been honest and friendly. Done work in a timely fashion and totally trust the owners. Being a single woman it's difficult to find a good trustworthy mechanic. Recommend them highly. And will always use them for my auto repair needs.

Finally, a shop that stands against the stereotype of sleazy mechanic shops. Very reasonably priced, very skilled mechanics, and they'll tell you everything that's going on with your car and everything you need, and actually not try to tear your head off.

Amazing experience. Sonny is more than understanding and a godly person. He will make sure you are taken care of with no questions asked. I definitely recommend for anyone needing any type of repairs. It is worth the experience.

Great customer service, fair pricing, and knowledgeable techs! Spoke with Son for a week via FB messenger before bringing my car in and even the communication and help then was top notch. He never hesitated to answer my questions or made me feel as though I was not a customer (even though I technically wasn’t at the time). The techs here know what they’re doing, and will find a solution quick with no BS upsell. Son and Juan are great representations of how automotive repair shops should run business.

Hands down a great mechanic shop who also does bodywork. I trust Son, the Owner, and his mechanics has helped keep my Toyota Avalon and BMW 335i running in excellent condition. I definitely recommend for his trustworthy knowledge and friendly service with affordable prices. Give them a call!!
